Going for a walk in its quiet streets can turn into an escape moment for your senses. It is a place in which mind and body join together in the peace that we need to be happy.
One of the most representative points of the Calpe beach is the Natural Park of Penyal d’Ifac, which more than a landform is a cultural element. Besides the beautiful landscapes and natural places, Calpe is full of culture and nautical and marine tourism. Calpe is fire, gunpowder, light, colour and art. Its Fallas in March, the Bonfires of Saint John, the Dedication of the Basilica of St Mary of the Snows, among others, make it possible to enjoy all kind of festivities so that people always have an available plan whatever happens.
On the other side, Calpe has remnants which make it possible to observe the passing of time through the different civilisations. There are frescoes and monuments all over the history. It is the ideal place to observe the art and let your creativity run free. Some of the most important places are the San Juan Hermitage, the Baños de la Reina or the Ifach Villa.
